php_stream_open_wrapper_ex -- Opens a stream on a file or URL, specifying context

php_stream_open_wrapper_ex ( char * path, char * mode, int options, char ** opened, php_stream_context * context )
php_stream_open_wrapper_ex() is exactly like
php_stream_open_wrapper(), but allows you to specify a
php_stream_context object using context.
